I am a professional chef with over ten years experience in both fine dining and casual restaurants. I am a team player who is passionate about culinary, from cooking to managing. I offer exceptional service and knowledge when it comes to my field. My cuisine is global with focus on seasonality. I stand behind my food and creations, however I am also fond of clients being vocal about what there looking for. I love being whimsical and also stick to the basics of cooking. I am also a Top Chef season 13 contestant, holding the title of the youngest contestant in history to date, Zagat 30under30, and just recently been on Bong Appetit for Season 3. I have competed in the Barilla Pasta U.S Competition in April 2019 with 7 other chefs around the country for the Food and Wine Festival in Pebble Beach, CA. I was also apart of June 2019 US Open in Monterey, CA where I catered what you will call exceptional service

Chef Angie was great! Besides the amazing food, she put a lot of care to reading the room. She gave us our privacy while my boyfriend was assessing the idea of another person in our home the conversing when he started to open up and learned we were more social. Thank you Chef Angie for making my boyfriend’s birthday experience an incredible one!

Angie did an amazing job with a French style dinner for my wife’s birthday. She was punctual, friendly, and cleaned the kitchen as if it were her own. Angelina was AWESOME. Excellent communication from start to finish; Angelina arrived on time, rolled out dinner at the requested time, gave a brief run down of each dish as it as served and knew how to interact with different personalities in the room; clean up was a breeze, you didn't know she was there. Highly Recommended!!!!

Angelina exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we started communicating, to day before the event, to day of, she was so thorough and attentive to my requests and details. The process was seamless. Day of the event, Angelina provided excellent service and food. It was a somewhat high pressure event because it was very intimate but she worked great under the circumstances. Her energy was professional, friendly, thorough and passionate for food and service. I will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the near future.
