I am a professional chef with over ten years experience in both fine dining and casual restaurants. I am a team player who is passionate about culinary, from cooking to managing. I offer exceptional service and knowledge when it comes to my field. My cuisine is global with focus on seasonality. I stand behind my food and creations, however I am also fond of clients being vocal about what there looking for. I love being whimsical and also stick to the basics of cooking. I am also a Top Chef season 13 contestant, holding the title of the youngest contestant in history to date, Zagat 30under30, and just recently been on Bong Appetit for Season 3. I have competed in the Barilla Pasta U.S Competition in April 2019 with 7 other chefs around the country for the Food and Wine Festival in Pebble Beach, CA. I was also apart of June 2019 US Open in Monterey, CA where I catered what you will call exceptional service
