I began my culinary career in Germany as a kitchen apprentice and went on to spend over 15 years working in hotel restaurants. Currently, I work as a household manager with a strong personal focus on cooking for friends and family. I’m passionate about creating fresh, healthy meals made with seasonal ingredients from local farmers markets, and I’m now eager to return to cooking professionally.

While I don’t have recent formal references from professional kitchens, I can provide personal references from families and friends who have enjoyed my cooking. I know my path is a little different from most, but I’m confident in my ability to cook healthy, delicious, and seasonal meals—and I’d love the chance to prove it.
