Ashley Casebier learned the art of Southern hospitality from her grandparents at a young age. Every time she would join them for a meal, her Mimi would have a basket of fresh-baked bread on the table.
Ashley had this same desire to host and bring people together in a warm and inviting way, so she left her corporate career in tech to pursue her dream career of becoming a personal chef.
Ashley trained at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and completed an externship at San Marcos’ beloved Root Cellar Café Catering Company, She also has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville’s School of Business.
Now she gets to live the culmination of her heart’s work every day, helping clients effortlessly gather through her personal chef services.
