Passionate, Confident, and Creative.

I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I've worked in catering, fine dining, high end services, and specialized in European, Asian, and Italian Cuisine. I'm currently a personal chef looking to share my passion with others. I learned how to cook while I was in diapers in my great grandmother's kitchen. I started working in professional kitchens at the young age of 15. I became disciplined with my craft at 17 years old and studied culinary arts at Escoffier Culinary Institute in Boulder, CO graduating in 2013. I've learned from world renowned chefs throughout my career and continue to study and cook for those who can appreciate great food!
