Whether you’re looking for dinner party cooking, hands-on cooking classes, or curated catering, I’m here for you. I’ve spent the last few summers in Nice, France helping teach and operate a cooking school. I split time with clients in London, LA, NY, & Litchfield County, hauling from Charleston, South Carolina where I worked under some of the best chefs on the East Coast.
All of the recipes I write are gluten-free, including the homemade pastas, as I’m celiac but refuse to eat anything that tastes gluten-free. I emphasize local, seasonal, and organic produce, pasture-raised meats, the highest quality cheeses/dairy, and no added or refined sugars (I use a combination of Monk Fruit and local honey). I am a vehement believer that food can be both healthy and delicious, never just one or the other.
