Our chef in Hawaii was top notch. He was so nice and easy to work with. His menu was spot on for our family of carnivores! We all loved it. It was a meat lover’s dream. He was punctual and left the kitchen spotless! He also wrapped the leftovers nicely and we enjoyed his delicious dinner a second night!

Brentton was wonderful to work with. He helped us in a pinch and made traveling so much easier. He cooked for our group of 8 for 5 nights during our vacation and it was the perfect amount of food. I’ve worked with chefs every summer all over the world for the past 10 years and often portions can be too much or the price is high. Brentton balanced quality of food, price, and quantity perfectly. We had very different meals every day and it was all based on the availability of the best produce and meats. We had diverse food needs and he met all of those easily. He was very punctual, and dinners were always on time, which was great. He left the house as he found it and was very flexible in general, something I truly appreciate. He was both engaging but not intrusive, which can be a hard balance when you’re sharing space. I’d highly recommend working with him if you’re visiting Maui.
