I am a professional chef with 15 years experience in the fine dining and hospitality industry. I found my passion in the kitchens of Cincinnati such as Sotto, Boca, Abigail Street, Salazar, Sacred Beast, and many more. Since then I have worked alongside some of the most accomplished chefs in the US, with short periods in NYC, Chicago, and LA.
