I'm a chef with 8 years of experience. I worked for a James Beard awarded chef, as a butcher, and an executive chef/general manager before setting out into the private dining space. With a background in medicine, I have a deep understanding of science, safety, and allergies. I offer adaptable menus for any occasion so you can enjoy time with your loved ones while enjoying a chef prepared meal in the comfort of your own home or rental.
