Chef Daniel and his assistance Jonathan were great. They served us and 2 other couples an incredible and ambitious Mediterranean menu. They were both personable, worked hard to get the meal out and were happy to accommodate any requests. There were a few minor misses which I'll mention here to improve future events. They brought a commercial fryer for some of the items. It kept tripping our circuits so they had to prep manually. Also, the octopus was quite tough and the kabobs overdone and hard. All other food items were terrific. We would use them again.
