I’m originally from Michigan, I moved to the mountains of Colorado ten years ago. I’ve spent most of my time in Beaver Creek cooking at Grouse Mountain Grille & Splendido. Chef Joel Keehn did an amazing job of feeding my large family during the Christmas holiday. He listened to family requests, and prepared many delicious dishes, going above and beyond to please everyone. Chef Brian made time to assist Chef Joel, and they prepared delicious meals that were crowd pleasers! Vail Valley should be proud to have such talent available for their residents and guests.

Brian and his assistant were very professional and pleasant.

Excellent experience. Booked for our family while on vacation and will do it for years to come.
