I am a freelance chef with 25 years of restaurant experience who specializes in private events, catering, private homes, and yachts. I have lived and worked in England, Australia, and the U.S., and have traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean. I have experience in menu planning, dietary menu restriction planning, and multiple day charter menu planning. In January 2017, I decided to move to south Florida to pursue a personal/private/yacht chef career.
