I love to create seasonal and varied menus keep the dinner table interesting, healthy, and enjoyable!

I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 18 years. Graduated from an American Culinary Federation certified program with a degree in Culinary and Pastry Arts. I have studied abroad in France as well! I have extensive knowledge working with dairy free and gluten free clients, as well as vegan and vegetarian! I love cooking approachable food that I can elevate and incorporate into specific dietary requirements!
