I am an experienced Executive Chef with thirty years of culinary experience. I have started many restaurants and resorts over the years. I have had two successful restaurants and one was the first farm to table restaurant in Montana.
I have been doing the personal/catering chef operation for 7 years now and enjoy working close with clients who appreciate great food done in a simple fashion.
I am trained in many ethnic food genres. My emphasis is to support local producers as often as I possibly can.
