Born and raised in the Central Valley, I've always appreciated the visceral nature of food. Striving to provide my clients with memorable and unique culinary experiences. I started in kitchens at 15 years old washing dishes and working my way up. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008 and have spent the last 15 years since graduation learning and growing in kitchens throughout Los Angeles and San Diego. Chef Erik amazed us! We had him do a fusion Japanese four course meal and everything from the portions to the flavors were delectable! Will have to book him again for another dinner!
