Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Chef Freddie now calls Houston, TX home, having made stops in New Orleans along the way. The origins of his roots stem from a small, quiet town called Oakland, MS, where his familial ties to southern cooking sparked his culinary dreams. Since then, Freddie has developed a passion for intertwining or connecting his culinary roots to various other cuisines. Through his journey as executive chef, Freddie's love for preparing food and serving people has translated into providing guests with excellent dining experiences.

this was our first time having a private chef. And we are definitely doing it again . Chef Freddie did a great job! if you are looking for delicious, gourmet food and you don't feel like driving anywhere or waiting an hour to get seated and served this is the ticket .

I cannot think of enough words to describe how amazing Chef Freddie was. From the moment we first discussed my birthday dinner, he was engaging, receptive to my ideas and suggestions, professional, and accompanying. He was very responsive and planned an incredible meal. At the dinner, he was very friendly, helpful, and made a wonderful dinner. He made my birthday dinner a very special event. I hope I can work with him many times in the future!

Chef Freddie was incredible! We requested he prepare a Latin-themed dinner for us, and the whole experience was amazing. The food was super tasty, each dish was presented beautifully and he left our kitchen spotless upon cleanup. Best of all, Freddie was engaging, fun to talk to and it felt very natural. Truly a wonderful experience. We will absolutely be reaching out to Freddie again and would highly recommend him.

Wow what an amazing experience with Chef Freddie! This was our first personal chef experience and it couldn’t have been better. The food was incredible and plated beautifully! We enjoy going to high-end restaurants so our expectations were high. Chef Freddie exceeded our expectations. He was also very attentive but gave us privacy to enjoy our dinner. We highly recommend Chef Freddie!
