Hello, I’m Gabi Svit — Flying Cuisine.

Welcome to a place where culinary craft meets artistry. Food is one of the deepest expressions of our lives, and my work is to transform it into an experience that engages every sense.

I create with carefully selected ingredients, rare spices gathered on my gastronomic journeys, and produce sourced directly from trusted farmers. In my kitchen, excellence is the standard.

For the past nine years, I’ve travelled the world as a private chef — cooking, studying, serving, and shaping a signature style built on precision, creativity and intuition.

Every client is one of a kind. I design menus tailored to personal preferences, dietary philosophies and the most refined expectations.

I’ve had the honour of cooking for renowned global personalities as well as families who value authenticity and discretion. One of my recent summer guests was George Clooney and his family.

Through cuisine, I share my love for beauty, detail and the quiet luxury of a perfectly crafted moment.
