I was born and raised in Brazil from an Italian family. My greatest experiences and learnings in the kitchen were taught by my grandmothers.

In addition to all my experience with pasta and Italian recipes, I worked with bakery and pastries.

For years I had my restaurant in the city of Sao Paulo and worked with many events for brands such as Warner Bros Brazil.

I had my TV show in Brazil where I taught recipes to a large audience.

I've been living in California for 4 years and I've had great opportunities with events and even working with Michelin Star chef.
