My name is Mr.James and I bring with me my 15 years of professional culinary training and experience.
With a degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of New York, and continued studies at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. I am a self-taught food enthusiast with years of experience as a catering chef, holistic healing chef, cocktail chef, and a personal chef.
I worked for and with the best! From prominent catering companies like Abigail Kirsch & Starr Catering Group to Michelin Star restaurants like Aureole and a gem like Beauty & Essex. Cooking for me came naturally, I love to make people happy with beautifully holistic healing properties imbedded in the DNA of the deliciously prepared food. With a passion for 'food is thy medicine' and a strong desire to heal our energetic body or ailment’s or injury, restoring the body to equal librium serving healthy and organically sourced fresh meals, I want to bring a restaurant experience home to you.
