I have over 20 years of experience as a culinary professional, with a decade and a half long focus in pastry and baking.
Throughout my culinary career I have gained a level of knowledge and comfort in all the positions of a professional kitchen. In this time I have progressed into a management role throughout many types of restaurant settings. My time in the culinary field has allowed me the opportunity to train cooks and bakers specific culinary techniques increasing the team’s rate and quality of production. I enjoy working in the kitchen, as well as educating others on the creation and technique behind our products.
