My name is Chef Jason Marchese I was born in New Jersey and I was trained at the American Culinary Institute in Mays Landing NJ using French techniques, I soon after earned my title of chef by working at such places as the Spring Mill Inn, Villa Vittoria, and Reggios Restaurante (which was a 1 Michelin star restaurant) from there I was Sous chef at Club Med an all Inclusive French resort, and the I went to being a personal chef for the rich and famous on Private Yachts). After I finish with 7 years of Yachting I was the executive chef at such places as Los Abbriggados in Sedona AZ and NAU in Flagstaff AZ. Now Chef Jason Marchese is here to make any event or occasion unforgettable. Chef Jason Marchese was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend him for family events! He handled my parent's 50th wedding celebration dinner with professional, polished ease and was super friendly and very responsive. We had a lot of food restrictions and a mix of adults and children and he knocked it out of the park! Most importantly to us, his food was absolutely delicious. We started with the arancini and stuffed artichoke (both delicious!) and opted for Caesar salad (the dressing was AMAZING) and opted for stuffed chicken on capellini (with vodka sauce!) - CHEF'S KISS! Every single course was mouth-watering!! He even baked a custom (gluten free) cake that tasted like wedding cake, it was incredible (could NOT tell it was even gluten free)!! I am so glad we found Chef Jason and would highly recommend him for any event, and Take a Chef for an easy booking process. I will definitely be referring Chef Jason and book him again when I am back in Sedona. Many thanks for executing an unforgettable meal experience on such a special day for my family!

Jason and his partner were amazing! The food was incredible and so were all of the details. I woukd highly recommend Jason.

Jason was very cordial and an awesome chef. He had to work around the house's limited appliances and cookware. (VRBO) We are looking forward to another visit and more tasty treats.

Chef Jason provided us an excellent experience from start to finish. He was very responsive to my menu questions and came up with a delightful French dinner menu for my friends birthday and also went above and beyond to provide a wine pairing for the meal. He arrived on time and he and his assistant were very friendly throughout the process. The food was really excellent, we had oysters three ways, a blue cheese bacon tart, coq a vin and an amazing chocolate mousse. It was a luxury experience and I only wish I lived in Arizona so I could hire him again! I also appreciated how Jason cleaned up and left the place spotless when he was finished. I definitely recommend hiring Jason for your next meal or dinner party!

Jason Marchese and his sweet wife made the most delicious meal for our group. The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. He brought everything he needed with them, including copies of his recipes for us, and the ingredients were very fresh and wholesome. He and his wife were charming and kind, and we really enjoyed our evening with them. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious! He accommodated our requests and made everything to perfection. Service was great, very friendly. Italian music playing while he cooked was a fun touch. They cleaned up after dinner was done. Zero complaints and would definitely book him again.
