I am a professional chef with over 20 years of cooking experience. I’ve worked with some of the best chefs in the country and have a established a great reputation here in Orlando, Fl. After studying and earning an associates degree at Orlando Culinary Academy LeCordon Bleu, I ran the kitchen at K Restaurant under Chef Kevin Fonzo of College park. After nearly a decade at the acclaimed restaurant I moved to New Orleans, LA and worked at the time (2016) The #1 Restaurant by The James Beard Foundation in the Country Shaya by Chef Alon Shaya. After more than a year I returned to Orlando and begun catering as Chef de Cuisine at Cuisiniers Catered Events in Winter Park, Fl. Currently I am executive chef of Tornatores In College Park, Fl.
