As a Colorado native, I’ve been cooking in Denver and Boulder since the age of 16 after falling in love with food at a young age. My culinary background is predominately French and Italian and my next love is comfort food. I’ve won several awards including best fried chicken in Denver, Pairsine Food and Wine and Food and Beer Pairing competition judges choice awards, top 10 pizzerias in Denver and was invited to cook at the Farm to Table Pavilion at the Great American Beer Festival. In addition to cooking for others, I love to teach, especially crafting hand made pastas or cheese. I’m an ingredient driven chef with a keen eye for detail. I look forward to discussing menus with you!
