My name is Jordan! I'm a fat kid at heart and a chef by trade. Having completed 2 years in an amazing culinary school in my hometown in Oregon state, I have since worked at many upscale and prestigious restaurants. Honing my crafts and palate over the years has led me to this amazing opportunity of being a private chef in Kauai!
