I'm a professional chef with almost 10 years in the hospitality industry my passion for cooking started at very young age about 13 to be exact I've been in the kitchen ever since I've held many different roles in a kitchen line cook, prep, dishwasher, sous chef, assistant baker, etc I'm also a veteran my military experience has provided me with great attention to detail that goes hand in hand with my cooking
