I am a self taught chef who has a passion of creating healing foods. Bringing the awareness of food as medicine. Ive evolved as a private chef in Kauai 2011. Most of my styles and creations is felt and followed by seasons on Kauai. I then moved to big island in 2020 to invest in property’s with business partner to create a boutique luxury hotel on hamakua coast. Now as executive chef under Michelin celebrity Chef Edward Delling-Williams of Paris.
