I am a chef who loves to cook for others. I am a father of two. I was. Born in Elmira NY. I started washing dishes and prepping at a local cafe. I graduated from. Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelors degree in culinary arts. I have spent most of my culinary career working in Newport Ri, Providence RI and NYC.
Most recently working as Chef De cuisine at Gracies in providence RI

Chef Josh was phenomenal. He was warm and friendly providing us with great conversation on top of the most delicious meal. We felt like we knew him from his stories and passion for making great food. He took the time to prepare the framework for our decadent meal well in advance of his arrival. We will most certainly recommend him to anyone who would listen and hope to enjoy his culinary masterpieces again in the future!

Chef Josh was phenomenal. He was very responsive prior to the event. His menu was creative and locally sourced, He was happy to tweak the menus at our request to accommodate the tastes of the guests. He arrived on time with an assistant The food was ready right when he promised it. and fantastic. Our 10 guests expressed delight with every course. When he left, the kitchen was as clean as it was before we started. Well done, Josh!
