I have been cooking and entertaining my entire life. Having raised my four daughters in both London and Dubai, I have a very strong zest for adventure and enjoying a full life. I absolutely love any time I can spend in the kitchen with them, as they have also adopted a love for cooking.

Over the years I have enjoyed successful careers in both catering and sales. As well as selling high end appliances and designing custom kitchens for the largest singe appliance retailer in the country, I have managed to be a personal chef/caterer in an affluent suburb of Chicago.

Being new to the Austin area, I can't wait to share my love of cooking with people who will enjoy my creativity, as well as my healthy cooking.

I do not follow recipes. Everything I make is completely freestyle, which is why I am so creative.
