I understand that food is ceremonial, ritualistic, and is embedded deeply in so many aspects of our lives. I seek to honor that in my work.
Classically trained in Culinary arts, I interweave aspects of my Mediterranean and Middle Eastern heritage in my cooking. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America 9 years ago and have been cooking in professional kitchens for almost 10 years. I ran a couple of fine dining restaurants in the Hudson Valley where I got to work with local farmers and producers. I have since relocated to NYC and have been focusing on my private dinners. Cooking for me is a visceral part of who I am. I love working with my clients to provide them with an unforgettable and intimate experience with their loved ones. I have worked with a wide range of cuisines across the globe and can curate a menu that's unique to each client.
