I am a chef with 13+ years experience. I began my career working in fine dining in Melbourne, Australia. I spent 2 years in London working in catering and busy brunch cafes. For the last few years I have worked on private yachts around the world catering to the elite. I enjoy making delicious, beautiful and nutritious dishes as well as working with local suppliers to ensure the food I am using is the best and freshest I can possibly get. I thrive under pressure and work well to deal with any challenges that come my way.
