You may know me as owner of RUDY AND HUDSON with my partner Chef Joe Miller. I am interested in channeling my extensive experience and passion for food and wine to the world of home cooking and providing restaurant quality food to families. I have traveled extensively and can draw upon those experiences in addition to 20 years of hospitality to create deletable menus. I am conversant in Spanish and French in addition to my native English. I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps set up a tasting.
