I'm a fine dining chef with a passion for: seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking and food that is as beautiful as it is satisfying and delicious.
I am a classically trained chef with a professional background in French and Italian fine dining. (Including Seattle kitchens such as Spinasse, Bastille and Manolin). My food is very ingredient driven and highly seasonal with a focus on beautiful presentations and bold flavors. My specialties are Piedmontese style pasta, French cuisine, seafood and cooking over fire.
Every client I work with receives a custom menu proposal, printed menus and a dedicated server for events with more than 5 people. As a Personal Chef and Boutique Caterer I partner with my clients to make the planning process effortless and the event memorable. I care deeply about the food I cook and the way it is received so I approach every event with the attention it deserves.
