Hello! My name is Chef Lisa, and I have been cooking professionally for 20 years. I have done a lot of both high end, ( like fancy one bite appetizers) to down to earth cooking like BBQ ribs and homemade mac n' cheese. I can produce beautiful food from many cuisines around the world. One of my specialties is writing menus. I just wrote and produced a 5 week rotation menu for a local college. I have also written many unique menus for other venues. I can write and produce customized menus for any of your event! I have been into health and nutrition for most of my life, and have discovered the secret of making lower calorie foods taste delicious through seasoning and spices, and clever substitutions for some of the higher calorie ingredients. That being said, one of my favorite ingredients is butter! Butter makes things GBD (golden brown, and delicious)! I also was co-owner of a little French bistro in Aurora Colorado. The restaurant was 100% scratch cooking emphasizing farm to table. We made Crepes, and served them both sweet and savory. I am not a pastry Chef, but can bring on some delicious deserts!
