The meal the chef provided was fabulous, as good as the best restaurant. She also set a beautiful table and thoughtfully offered to bring wine which we already had. Basically, she thought of everything. The food was fresh, delicious, light (no heavy sauces) and interesting (black rice). The chef was very unassuming and quiet. She kind of slipped out before we had a chance to really shower her with compliments for the perfect meal! I’m pretty sure she left the kitchen much cleaner than she found it! We would definitely do this again.

Maria prepared a wonderful meal for my family in Kona. The food was excellent and the presentation was beautiful! Christina served us and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Maria and her team!

Maria did a great job cooking for our family of 8 people, a number of whom had dietary restrictions. She took the basic menus provided and adapted them using locally grown Hawaiian foods. Maria also was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing information about the island. Finally, Maria provided a waiter/assistant. Together, they were delightful to work with.

Maria did an excellent job, our guest were very pleased with the presentation, the meal and the great service.
