La cucina è, il mio lavoro,la mia passione, il mio hobby cioè la mia vita

I am Mario Contadino, an Italian chef. I was born in Catania, Sicily (Italy), very close to the sea so I have a lot of experience at everything related to seafood. I have a lot of experience as a chef because I started this about 20 years ago and I have worked in restaurants of different countries, such as Italy, Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Malta, Germany, India. My roots are about Italian and Mediterranean kitchen but given that I have travelled a lot I got a great experience at fusion kitchen.

I have never worked on a yacht but I don't think it would be a problem because, having worked for great restaurants, I am sure I will perfectly handle the situation.
