Bio
Michael Sherman began his cooking career in 1991 at March restaurant with Wayne Nish. Since then, Michael is honored to have cooked alongside many of the great chefs of the world - including Mauro Colagreco, Joan Roca, Massimo Bottura, Francis Mallman, Gray Kunz, David Bouley, Charlie Palmer, Andrew Carmellini, Floyd Cardoz, Fabrizzio Salerni and many others. As a private chef, Michael cooks for many UHNW and celebrity clientele. Michael is consistently hired for consulting projects worldwide.
