I love to make people happy through food.
I am a professional chef with 10 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the acclaimed Westminster Kingsway College in London, after my three year Professional Chef Diploma I wanted to extend my knowledge and chose to move to America and start and internship in country clubs. After starting out in Florida I moved to New York and have been working at a Private Member Golf Club currently 39th on the top 100 golf courses in America for the last five years. I joined as an intern and quickly moved up the ranks to Sous Chef. I have been very fortunate to have been able to interact with the great membership and worked privately for them on numerous occasions in their homes.
