I am a chef and certified sommelier with over 15 years experience in fine dining in both cooking and sommelier/ management positions plus catering experience. I love to cook all types of cuisines but try to focus on locally sourced ingredients. Also I am a wine educator and would be happy to teach wine classes and do pairings.
