I have worked in all areas of the restaurant world and for the last 5+ years I have been a personal chef. Having traveled to 74 countries around the world, it is only natural that my speciality is international cuisines. I have studied in China and lived in India. My first degree has a concentration in foreign languages and international relations and culture.
My connection to both my clients and my ingredients are important. My love of food goes hand in hand with my love of people, and building relationships are just as important as creating recipes.
