Pick Nadia! I’ve done Take a Chef a couple of times, and Nadia was by far the best! First, she’s so polite and courteous. Quietly but sweetly focussed on preparing a beautiful meal while you enjoy your company. Second, the FOOD. Gahhh, we wanted something Latin. She prepared an insanely delicious arugula salad with large, thin carrot and cucumber shavings. Ordinarily you might think but the dressing was out of control delicious. Entree we had this mind blowing flank steak with chimmicuri (sp?) whipped goat cheese and upon request, a grilled zucchini. The flavors were incredible—so robust. The the dessert! She made this ridiculous guava paste that was reduced in sparkling water with homemade churros and vanilla ice cream. Like zest on the churros. That plus the vanilla and cinnamon and guava was such an experience! Thankfully I did this in Dallas where I live so Nadia will be back if she’ll have us again!

Chef Nadia was simply fabulous! She was so organized, came in with her supplies and got to work. The appetizer selection was stunning. We enjoyed it so much, but then came the salads, which we felt were the best we've ever had. They were lovely as well as delicious. As we enjoyed our starters, Chef Nadia was busy preparing our main course. Everything was so excellent, we couldn't have asked for better. I would absolutely recommend Chef Nadia for any event. We are still telling our friends and family about the experience!
