Chef Nick began his culinary career in fine dining and has taken his passion across the globe. He joined the Peace Corps as an urban agriculture specialist in Senegal for two years where he also spent time with his host aunts learning Senegalese cooking.

He is a Self-driven, multi-faceted professional with experience in international development, and agriculture, he loves to volunteer and meet new people from all cultures and backgrounds. After returning to the States, Nick continued his culinary work, training under Chef Jorge Marquez, who has been a private chef to superstars like Shakira.

Nick has worked with Feeding America, connecting with his community in an effort to mitigate food insecurity. When he is wearing his chef hat, he cooks with locally sourced ingredients and is very keen on sustainability. When Nick is not cooking you will find him volunteering and raising money to help the less fortunate, along with his partner he is currently helping a village improve its water access.

Chef Nick made a fantastic meal and was a lot of fun!

Chef Nick was incredibly personable and shared stories with us while simultaneously cooking an outstanding 3 course meal. A great experience with even better food! Would recommend him 100%!

Chef Nick was amazing! He is extremely personable and passionate about what he does, which all shows in his food. Everything was flavorful and played beautifully, and the meal was perfectly paced. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful experience, definitely worth the cost and would do again. Chef was extremely personable and relaxed, and made us relaxed and welcome to enjoy the delicious food he prepared, while going over what he was making, how he was making it, and even discussing where he got the ingredients! He was honest and open with all of our questions about cooking and food preparation, and was open to sharing some great stories about his incredible life. Loved the experience and will absolutely do again if we find ourselves out there!
