I'm a grad from Le Cordon Bleu currently residing in the Dallas area. French traditionally trained. But not limited to. Love Caribbean, BBQ, Italian and anything American infused.
I have worked in the industry for around 15 years. From resort style to catering and even a Hudson valley locally sourced kitchen. My vice is an open flame. There is nothing like the heat of the line and the decor of a plate.
