Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of cooking alongside some of the most talented home cooks and professional chefs from around the world — experiences that have shaped the way I approach flavor, technique, and creativity in every dish I make.

My cuisine celebrates bold Mediterranean flavors, combining freshness, simplicity, and balance. I’m passionate about creating easy, healthy, and delicious recipes that make everyday dining feel both vibrant and meaningful.

Chef Sam was a pleasure to work with. Based on my criteria he presented a lovely menu. When I asked to change an item he came up with the perfect replacement. Chef arrived on time and stayed for 4 hours (meal for 2). He brought all fresh ingredients that we could see were purchased that day. We sat at our kitchen island while he prepared the meal and Chef explained the ingredients going into each dish. He brought wine that we very much enjoyed that complimented the meal. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. We felt like we were the stars (judges) of a TV cooking show. As we had our dessert Chef cleaned the kitchen so that by the time we were done the kitchen was spotless. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward for the next special occasion to ask Chef Sam to come back and feed us again!
