I am a professional chef, I specialize in French Mediterranean cuisine. I source the best ingredients available to me from all over the globe.
I have traveled over 40 countries and I cooked in Europe, Canada, Mexico and most major cities in the US.
I have been a private chef for over 12 years, before that I owned a restaurant for 6 years in Madison, Wisconsin.
I get inspired by traveling the world in search of new ideas and flavors.
I grew up on the Mediterranean on the island of Kerkennah. Seafood is my strength, as we prepared and ate it at least 5 times a week.
