I am a private chef who started a nutrition focused catering business in Aspen Colorado in 2018. I have recently moved to california and excited to share my culinary experience with a new community. My clients trust me to ensure their food is coming from the healthiest source that’s not just good for their health, but our planets health. I study functional medicine, ayurveda, regenerative agriculture, and so much more. My studies are deeply engrained in my cooking styles that are inspired by travel and my own culture from South America to Israel !

Chef Sara is your true professional chef. Sara creates a very professional atmosphere but easily adapts to your preferences. We are from Alaska and started planning our experience three months in advance. We wanted to bring a portion of the meal fresh caught but, experienced a horrific storm. We relayed that to Chef Sara and she easily overcame our shortcomings. If you’re looking for a chef that will work hard to create a great meal and navigate a unique conversation, you should team up with Chef Sara. Conversation, atmosphere and a true human experience in SanDiego is what you will get from Saucy Sara. Our Alaska family will seek out our next culinary adventure with chef Sara. We just hope her and her partner will visit us in the first city.

We enjoyed our dinner with Chef Sara very much. She was personable and obviously talented in the kitchen, roasting and chopping and mixing and blending - so many interesting flavors and spices were used. She described that she likes to put her own little tweak on each traditional dish, and she did! We enjoyed it very much and hope that we will be able to hire her again at some point!
