I am a professional Chef with 12 years of experience working in the top restaurants in Chicago and San Francisco, including Smyth, Blackbird, Saison, Birdsong and Oriole. I am originally from North Carolina so my approach is very natural, hyper seasonal, and heavily influenced by open flame. My belief is that a unique experience through food brings people closer together and opens their eyes to new culinary possibilities.
