I have been a culinary professional for close to twenty years. I trained in Austin Texas under David Bull. I have spent the past 4 years as the Executive Chef in a private fly fishing lodge on the Big Horn River in Montana.

I do not have a particular cuisine that I specialize in. I prefer to take all cuisines and ingredients from around the globe and combine them in different ways.
