I am a creative food lover always striving for the best.
My food journey started in my Grandma's kitchen in North Carolina where she taught me how to make fried chicken. My first kitchen job was at a restaurant in Times Square called the Blue Fin. I learned about seafood and steaks from Chef Juan Carlos. I fell in love with the fine dining experience. I have been in the industry for 14 years now and my favorite part is the story behind each dish.
