I am a young Culinarian with 7 years of experience, including 4 years of schooling at Nicholls State University in Louisiana. I have experience in banquet style catering, and line experience. I currently work at a country club where I work all over the kitchen including pantry station, pizza, grill ect. I am looking to further my skills and hone my craft by stepping out of my comfort zone learning new things, building relationships, and gaining even more experience.
