Husband and wife team Camille and Joshua Loecsey spent the last 8 years touring Europe, working in not only local restaurants in Orange County, CA including Marche Moderne, Andrea at Pelican Hill, and Nobu. This couple was an essential part to the opening team at Protégé in Palo Alto, CA. Birthed from two French Laundry alumni's Master Sommelier Dennis Kelly and Chef Anthony Secviar, earning a Michelin star in under 7 months of opening. Joshua then propelled from his position as Protégé's opening Sous Chef to become a stagier at The French Laundry, eventually joining Maum in Palo Alto, CA. A Michelin star Korean restaurant as their Executive Sous Chef.
