Flexible Chef with exceptional knowledge of various cuisines and cultures. Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. A personable professional with more than 7 years of Chef experience. I am a passionate professional chef with more than 20 years of progressive culinary training, I graduated from culinary school in 2013 and have held just about every position in the kitchen on my way to becoming an Executive Chef. I have owned my own business, helped open restaurants, worked for the world's largest and second largest food service company and 5 star hotels. I have had the privilege of having cooked at events and establishments in which celebrities were in attendance including, former first lady Michelle Obama. Sports stars such as Troy Aikman, Charles Barkley, the 2001 World Series Champion Arizona Diamondbacks, the Chicago Cubs and San Francisco Giants among others. Hands on individual with reputation for creating delicious meals from scratch and developing menus that exceeds expectations. Maintaining a great attention to detail, while also staying dedicated to innovation and providing dynamic dining experiences.
